The "Xinchuang Park" project is located at the intersection of Linping Road and Xingzhong Road, Linping District, Hangzhou City, with a total land area of 26.25 mu, and a planned new total building area of 52695.2 m2, including 42007.2 m2 of new aboveground building area, and a fixed investment of 320 million yuan. The park is equipped with the R&D and packaging test center of optical communication chips, the R&D and production manufacturing center of integrated optical devices, office buildings, supporting facilities and other buildings, so as to guarantee the improvement of R&D strength and productivity of enterprises.
